Your everyday microneedling machines on the market work on vibration mechanism that have 12 needles 0.35mm short step puncturing tiny holes into the skin so serum can be applied topically to absorb into the skin.

  Our microneedling machine was designed as a hammering mechanism (up and down action) with 0.20mm needle attached to a tube full with serum.  The U shaped cap at top of needle allows the serum to go deeper into the skin, making the skin more plumper. The serum is being delivered into the skin instead of being absorbed like normal microneedling. The invention provides a microneedling machine that permits microneedles to be easily 

inserted into skin with minimal or no damage, pain, or irritation to the tissue. The invention 

further provides a microneedling machine for the administration of soluble lotions, 

pharmaceutical agents and cosmetic agents to skin through the site where the 

microneedle is inserted. The microneedling machine is manipulated by an operator to 

insert microneedles into a desired site in the skin. Microneedles used in conjunction with 

the microneedling machine are shaped to be gradually finer from the base to the tip and 

have sharp tips for insertion into skin. The microneedles may comprise a variety of 

shapes, for example circular cone or polygonal pyramid such as triangulate pyramid, 

quadrangular pyramid, hexagonal pyramid and octagonal pyramid. In addition, the 

microneedling machine comprises a reservoir having an internal cavity that holds lotion, 

pharmaceutical agents or cosmetic agents. Tubing runs from the base of the reservoir to 

carry the lotion, pharmaceutical agents or cosmetic agents held therein to the tip of the 

microneedle at the point of insertion into the skin. The reservoir is made of a deformable 

material that can be compressed to deliver the lotion, pharmaceutical agent or cosmetic 

agent stored therein to the tip of the microneedle. The microneedling machine allows for 

different lotions, pharmaceutical agents or cosmetic agents to be delivered to the skin by 

the microneedle in a controlled and varied manner by the operator of the machine. 

At your scheduled appointment we will do a consult before starting the procedure. Using our advanced microneedling machine with our serum that was specially made is poured into a tube and is directly delivered into your skin at time of puncher.  Our serum has the best ingredients for the best end results. Before Procedure

Please increase your intake of fluid the day before your procedure by simply drinking 2 glasses of water in the morning before your PRP session, 2 glasses at lunch and 2 glasses at dinner. On the actual day of your procedure simply have a bottle of water (500 mL) before your session.  It’s best to be well hydrated prior to having blood drawn and it will also keep your plasma at a thinner consistency. Please eat a normal breakfast or lunch the day of your session.

MEDICATIONS: Avoid aspirin, Advil, Motrin, Iburprofen, Naproxen, Voltaren and other anti inflammatory medications for 3 days before your procedure (if possible please avoid for 7 days). We want inflammation to occur – 

During the procedure you will have a small amount of pain but less painful than tradition normal microneedling. Some areas around the face including forehead, nose, and upper lip will be more painful due to the thinness of skin. We do not use a numbing agent because we have found that the results are better without.

After the procedure it is normal to have redness in the areas that we have microneedled. Redness and very little if any swelling will subside in just a few days. if skin peals on it's own do not pull skin off, let your body naturally do it for you. Most cases your skin will not peal.Keep out of the sun until your skin is completely healed. 

1. Do not wash your face for 4 hours after treatment.

2. Wash face with normal soap and water before bed. Apply serum to keep your skin moist. Make sure you have clean sheets before going to bed. Maintain clean skin surface practice.

3. If you can do not wear makeup for 72hrs, if you must put as little as possible on since your skin pours are open and you do not want to risk a reaction from the makeup.

4. Next Day You can clean your face with a gentle cleanser or use a medical grade cosmetic line. Stay away from exfoliates or glycolic acids that are present in cleansers as they can make your skin very dry after procedure. Apply recommended Apple Stem Cell and CBD Cream in the morning and before bed. If you use any other product make sure it does not have any alcohol or retinol  in the product . The goal is to keep your skin moisturized. 

5. Days 2-7 – Within two (2) days following your microneedling procedure, you will notice skin dryness or flaking. This is due to an increased turnover of skin cells. During this period, you may apply your regular skin moisturizer or the recommended Apple Stem Cell CBD Cream. Days later your skin may start shedding. These are skin layers layers that would regularly shed a week later, but microneedling brings this skin to the surface sooner.

6. Keep out of the direct sun, you can use sun block after 72hrs. Be sure to use an approved SPF30 or greater sunscreen.
